Group-wide lean transformations are our job

• Lean Leadership is your job (board, director operations, president operations)

• Know your role in the lean transformation process

• Utilize and bring in Lean Implementation Expertise

• The plants will require review and support ; you have to schedule this !

• There is no way back and there is no alternative for the lean transformation

• Decide about which plant to start with as a lead plant and plan the next ...

Do not forget :
